1. Tell Us About Your Baby Carrier
We provide parents an easy, hassle-free way to sell back their loved Ergobaby carriers so that they can be put back in use – and help build a healthy and sustainable future for our children and planet.
To start, simply use our online portal and answer a few easy questions in the quiz. When your old carrier is eligible for the Everlove program, Sell Your Old Ergobaby Carrier Now.
2. We make Shipping easy and simple
When you’ve determined your Ergobaby carrier’s eligibility, you’ll receive shipping instructions to mail your carrier. Pack it in a box, create your shipping label, and bring it to your nearest GLS parcel shop. That’s all you have to do.
Once we receive your eligible Ergobaby carrier, you’ll receive your choice of a 50 € gift card to Ergobaby.eu, a 20 € gift card to a retailer of your choice via Rewards Genius, or a 30 € donation to Save the Children.
3. We Inspect, Clean, And Then Resell To The Next Family
All Everlove by Ergobaby carriers go through an extensive 30+ point inspection to confirm authenticity and ensure they pass our Ergobaby standards of quality and durability. Afterwards the carrier is thoroughly cleaned. Finally, we'll place them up for sale in our shop, ready for the next family to enjoy and love.
Carriers We Accept
We currently accept previously loved soft-structured Ergobaby carriers that we determine are in good condition, can be used safely as intended, and are authentic.
Please note, we currently accept one carrier per buy back transaction and we do not return or send back any carriers that we receive.
Carriers We Don't Accept
We are currently not accepting Omni Breeze, Aura wrap, Aerloom and Embrace carriers, doll carriers, and carrier accessories. We are also not accepting any licensed carriers (except for the limited edition DÔEN carriers). Please note, we do not return or send back any carriers that we receive.
Our goal with Everlove by Ergobaby is to provide families with an opportunity to own a previously loved carrier certified as safe and genuine Ergobaby product. As we continue to evolve and grow the program, we hope to buy back a wider variety of used Ergobaby products.
